OROZ Application Terms and Conditions

By using the OROZ application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using OROZ services, the user agrees to all terms and conditions of this application.
2. Identity Verification The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and valid information. OROZ may request additional information or documents at any time to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Legal Use The user agrees to use OROZ services only for lawful purposes. Any fraud, money laundering, financing of illegal activities, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws is prohibited.
4. Account Security The user is responsible for protecting their phone number, password, verification codes, and all activities performed through their account.
5. Transactions The user is responsible for verifying the transaction amount, recipient details, and other information before final confirmation. After a transaction is completed, refunds or reversals will only be processed according to OROZ policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
6. Secure Payment For transactions using the “Secure Payment” service, OROZ may hold the payment amount until the transaction is completed or any dispute is resolved, and then release the funds according to applicable rules.
7. Account Suspension or Restriction OROZ reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or block accounts or transactions in cases of suspicious activity, violation of terms, complaints, or requests from authorized authorities.
8. Compliance with Laws All OROZ services are provided in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the rules, guidelines, and regulations of Da Afghanistan Bank. All users are required to comply with these requirements.
9. Changes to Terms OROZ may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time to improve services, enhance security, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of the application means acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
